Order with black and white camera ready artwork must be received by 12:00 p.m. CST.
Actual and/or paper proofs will not be provided.

Camera ready artwork must be provided and approved. Additional colors or imprint locations may add additional lead time to the production schedule.
Production time must be in compliance with that published in our catalog unless agreed to in writing by a Fields customer service rep.
Purchase order must indicate Ship On Time – Or On Us and also include the event date, ship date, and shipping method.
Limited to catalog quantities only.
Subject to on hand inventory and freight carrier failure to deliver within their normal delivery policies.
