Fields Manufacturing, a Minnesota based supplier to the Promotional Products Industry is committed to providing only products that meet or exceed all safety and social compliance laws as set forth by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), CPSIA, the Federal Food and Drug Cosmetic (FD&C) Act, and Proposition 65. These laws are designed to protect consumer health and safety in addition to ensuring a safe and socially acceptable work environment for those involved in production. Fields warrants that all products meet these important standards.
In support of our commitment, Fields regularly verifies proper compliance certifications for products received at our warehouse from our overseas and domestic suppliers. As an added level of assurance we randomly pull products from our inventory and have them tested by independent 3rd party laboratories.
Fields Manufacturing follows the tracking label requirements as outlined under CPSIA. All products identified for children under 12 can be tracked with the following information.

Overseas factories are visited on a yearly basis and comply with all social compliance laws. We require all of our manufacturing partners to provide us written documentation supporting compliance to applicable laws governing safe and socially acceptable conditions inside the factory.
